This website
This website has no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it doesn't set cookies. When you send the inquiry form on our contact page, your details are emailed to our inbox through Resend, an email delivery service we use only for this. We don't keep a copy on the website itself. Our fonts are stored on our own site, so your browser doesn't contact other companies to load them.
Like any website, our hosting provider may keep short-term technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site running and secure.
When you contact us
If you message us on WhatsApp, email us (including through the inquiry form) or call us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address and information about your home. We use them only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to provide our services.
WhatsApp is run by WhatsApp LLC / Meta, inquiry form messages are delivered by Resend, and email is handled by our email provider. Their own privacy policies apply to how they carry your messages.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries only as long as we need them to reply, and client details for as long as we look after your home, plus any period the law requires us to keep records.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Just contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
